FLORESVILLE -- Through the cooperation of personnel from three area law-enforcement agencies, a dangerous fugitive has been taken into custody here.

A man identified as Derrick Rodriguez, who had active arrest warrants on charges including aggravated robbery, was arrested at approximately 7:30 p.m. after he was found hiding on the roof of Finders Keepers at the corner of Fifth and C streets. The handcuffed suspect had earlier been captured by Floresville police, but fled while in transit to the Wilson County Jail.

so really they had him, but he was able to ESCAPE custody..then they caught him AGAIN.

That's quite a feat, getting on top of a building with your hands being secured behind the back. Anyone have an idea how this was accomplished?
