Members of the Floresville City Council and the Floresville 4A Corp. are looking at paying off the 4A corporation’s $5.77 million debt in either 15 or 20 years. . . .

If they choose the 20 year option, the cost of the Event Center will increase to $11,777,577.00. Thats a nearly $12 Million Event Center
