This photo of a tornado is a sneak peak of the special edition which includes weather coverage from the weekend. Caption: A funnel cloud forms and reforms May 25 in video captured by 17-year-old Jacob Wiatrek of Falls City, filming the storms Monday south of Floresville on U.S. 181. The son of David and Lorrie Wiatrek posted this on Facebook. It was among a number of reported funnel-cloud sightings and reports Monday, as more severe weather pounded Texas, reminiscent of Memorial Day weekend 2013. The La Vernia area experienced heavy rains and hail, but the storms May 22-25 left the city of Wimberley a disaster area and caused damage to many communities in South Central Texas. Read more in a special edition of the Wilson County News inside this newspaper.

We hope you enjoy this special edition of the Wilson County News.
