Continued growth of the Floresville Electric Light & Power System (FELPS) -- which now stands at 15,179 customers -- has led to the system outgrowing its headquarters at the corner of C and Fourth streets in downtown Floresville. Architect Tim Gescheidle of Gonzales-based TSG Architects presented his vision for a new operations complex during the May 27 FELPS board of trustees meeting. . . .

Brite eyes and Deci, that is exactly what the meter fees were about. Kyle Dicke told the FELPS board that lenders wanted to see more recurring monthly income. Prior to these new fees, FELPS monthly bottom line fluctuated too... More ›

They charge $62.00 to use $16.00 worth of electricity claiming a small farm is a small commercial business. This is a huge ripoff. Guess they need that money for their fancy headquarters.
