Oh im sure they afford the pay raises since they jacked everyone's appraisal up by $20000 - $30000 in 1 year. Freaking ridiculous.

I have to agree.. with most folks getting almost nothing in pay raises, to arbitrarily jack up the appraisals all the time seems unfair.. if you've got time to do that and deal with the protests, perhaps you don't have enough... More ›

5%? When school districts, federal government and many large businesses are giving 2 - 3%? This is not right! But of course this is typical.

I don't know about everyone else, but 10% raise is way too much. Where is the TEA Party or the Wilson County Patriots on this issue?
