Floresville Electric Light & Power System (FELPS) General Manager Kyle Dicke is resigning from FELPS, effective Sept. 11.

Dicke has served FELPS for the past 3-1/2 years. The utility is jointly owned by the cities of Floresville, Stockdale, and Poth and serves Falls City and La Vernia, and serves approximately 15,300 meters within Wilson County and parts of Karnes and Bexar counties. The FELPS board will begin searching immediately for a new general manager.

Look for more on this in the Aug. 5 print edition of the Wilson County News.
