Compared to last report: All hay classes sold steady this week on light to moderate activity and demand. Alfalfa prices remain the same without much wiggle room for high quality hay due to freight. Coastal Bermuda hay hauled into the Panhandle remains the same with most of the price being freight as well. A cool front is expected to move into the Panhandle this weekend with 70 degree temperatures; which may make buyers start to think of stocking up for fall. North, East, and South Texas Coastal Bermuda producers are still in need of rain and have a chance by latter part of the week.
