It may be time for a revolving door on the polling booths, as area voters will turn around from the March 1 primaries to return to the polls Saturday, May 7, to cast ballots for places on school boards and city councils, among other matters.

Those seeking office have until Friday, Feb. 19, to file for a place on the ballot. Contact the relevant school district administration office or city hall for filing information.

To cast ballots in May, voters must be registered by Thursday, April 7.
