Angel Yara has been located and reunited with her family, according to her mother, Amy Yara. Angel was located in Austin at approximately 11:30 a.m. Feb. 10.

Angel Yara, 16, was last seen on the morning of Feb. 8, near her home on Moss Lane off C.R. 324 outside La Vernia. Angel’s mother said she did not board a school bus to La Vernia High School and that Angel has not reported to school in two days.

Angel is described as a biracial -- white and Hispanic -- female, with a medium complexion. She stands 5 feet, 8 inches tall, and weighs 130 to 140 pounds. Angel has curly brown hair, brown eyes, and wears eyeglasses.
