Youth cattle conference set
The Texas Beef Council will host its inaugural Texas Youth Cattle Conference, set for Monday through Wednesday, June 13-15, in San Antonio and South Texas regions. The conference is designed for youth who have a desire to expand their knowledge about the Texas beef industry. Applications are due Friday, March 4. A limited number of students will be accepted to attend the free conference. Applicants must be at least 16 years old as of January 2016. . . .
