Compared to last report: All classes of hay traded steady on light to moderate movement. Feedyards and dairies are pretty well stocked for now and temperatures in the 80s this week has livestock not so interested in filling up on hay. Many are eager to see what new crop Alfalfa prices will bring this year. Coastal Bermuda producers in east, north, and south Texas are mostly sold out of small bales but reporting an abundance of large bales still available. Some producers are contemplating dropping the bottom prices even more to get the large bales moving. Prices for hay and pellets quoted per ton except where noted.  . . .
