Were you ever a Boy Scout in Floresville? Your memories -- and your memorabilia -- are requested for this once-in-a-lifetime reunion of one of the oldest troops in the United States.

The public is invited to the Floresville Boy Scouts Reunion on Sunday, April 24, from 12-7 p.m. in the American Legion Hall at 1412 Fourth St. in Floresville.

Floresville Boy Scouts, past and present, will share memorabilia, including photos, medals, awards, and certificates, and stories that might have been passed down through the generations.

See Scouts in action with outdoor demonstrations and games, and enjoy family fun and food. Indoor displays of souvenirs will also be set up in the hall.

The American Legion, sponsoring organization for the Floresville Troops, is organizing this reunion.

For more information or to make arrangements to share information about the Floresville Boy Scouts, call David Keith at 210-705-2619, or email jobspappy@gmail.com.
