Compared to last report: All hay classes traded steady this week on slow movement. Temperatures remain warm and dry in the Panhandle keeping livestock less interested in hay as pastures turn green. This is the typical quiet time in the hay market as producers get ready for new crop and those prices have yet to be established. Large bales of coastal Bermuda can be easily found in East and South Texas as producers are trying to make room for new crop. Prices for hay and pellets quoted per ton except where noted. . . .
