Firefighters from Floresville and Eagle Creek volunteer fire departments remain on the scene of a grass fire at C.R. 117 and C.R. 118.

An out-of-control fire across three properties was reported at approximately 3 p.m. today. For more, read the May 11 issue of the Wilson County News.
