Seven teams of the La Vernia FFA Chapter advanced to state competition in different Career Development Events (CDE) contests, after qualifying in area competition. Members of the Poultry Judging team have their eyes set on national competition in October in Indianapolis, Ind., where they will represent their school and city.  . . .
