Wilson County residents still without power after the May 18 storm should have it restored today, according to Floresville Electric Light & Power System General Manager Dwain Duke.

This does not include customers with property damage requiring an electrician or other contractor to make repairs. Once such repairs have been made, FELPS will be able to reconnect them to the main line, Duke said.

The main power lines have been reconnected, with a full staff available to take care of the remaining individual cases.

This is day three for some folks, but you can't blame the power company. They have been at it making repairs day and night in some cases.
