ConAgra Foods Packaged Foods LLC, a Council Bluffs, Iowa, establishment, is recalling approximately 84,340 pounds of two beef products due to misbranding and an undeclared allergen, the U.S. Department of Agriculture’s Food Safety and Inspection Service announced. The products were inadvertently formulated with Worcestershire sauce and may contain fish (anchovies), a known allergen that is not declared on the product label.

The following products are subject to recall:

•14-oz. box of “Marie Callender’s Salisbury Steak with Roasted Potatoes and Home-Style Gravy served with Cheesy Broccoli & Cauliflower,” with packaging date of April 14, 2016.

•76-oz. package of “Molly’s Kitchen Macaroni & Beef with Tomato Sauce,” with packaging date of April 13, 2016.

The Marie Callender’s item was shipped to retail distribution centers nationwide and the Molly’s Kitchen item was shipped to an institutional customer nationwide.

Consumers who have purchased these products are urged not to consume them. These products should be thrown away or returned to the place of purchase.

Consumers with questions about the recall can contact the Consumer Affairs hotline at 800-921-7404.
