Crime Stoppers to hold free training June 6-7

Anyone who would like to learn more about Wilson County Crime Stoppers is welcome to attend free training Monday and Tuesday, June 6-7, in the Lauro G. De Leon III Floresville Event Center, from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m.

The 16-hour Crime Stoppers course is hosted by the Wilson County Crime Stoppers and the City of Floresville. This course is put on by the Governor's Office and is being offered to educate the public and law enforcement about the benefits of being involved in a Crime Stoppers program. The training is offered to anyone who is interested.

This is a free class and lunch will be provided. Register at www.thetexascrimestoppers.org (click on "Training" -- "Classroom Training" -- Register for "Floresville.")
