Compared to last report: Hay prices were mostly unchanged on little to no movement. Most wheat hay producers have decided not to sell as the low prices offered made it difficult to break even. Livestock prices have been hit hard for several weeks which had a trickle effect on other agriculture commodities like hay. Temperatures still hovered around the triple digit mark. Coastal Bermuda producers in North, East, and South Texas remained busy baling with plenty of hay available. Prices for hay and pellets quoted per ton except where noted. . . .
