Yea, I'd like to know that too. The school district and the city managed to get themselves fiber so they have screaming speeds, and somehow HEB has 60mbs which I means they got TWC to make them a branch, but pretty much everyone... More ›

New Guy which ISP has 30 mbps universally available to residential customers inside the Floresville city limits.

30 mbps is available in Floresville, not much difference between that and the 100 mbps. I ran speed tests on 100 mbps and my provider never got that high, most of the time it was 30-50 mbps which is great for NEXFLIX streaming.
