On an ordinary Tuesday night in the middle of summer, downtown Floresville was teeming with people. Teenagers were scattered on the lawn, lounging on benches, or perched on the steps of the Wilson County Courthouse. Adults pushed baby strollers, sat in cars, and dragged around camp chairs. Though most of them had never met before, they were all there for one purpose: Pokémon Go. Wilson County is on a quest to catch ’em all. . . .
