(Revised 8/12/16) The Wilson County Sheriff’s Office is seeking help in locating a silver 2004 BMW 325i sedan (VIN number WBAEV33444KR27355), which was stolen Aug. 7-8 from the La Vernia area.

Anyone with information about the theft may provide a tip to the Crime Stoppers hotline at 830-393-INFO (4636) or via text at 274637 (text “MONEY” plus your message). Tipsters remain anonymous. A caller whose tip leads to an arrest may be eligible for a cash reward.

I sure was relieved to see that it wasn't Floresville's new code enforcement vehicle which I feared when I saw the headline.
