Compared to last report: Hay prices were mostly unchanged on slow to moderate movement. A few coastal Bermuda sales hauled from East Texas into the Panhandle with prices competing with high quality alfalfa but feedyards prefer it to start calves on. Cool front along with scattered thunderstorms has benefitted local scorched pastures in the Panhandle. Prices for hay and pellets quoted per ton except where noted. . . .
