Nixon police are seeking the public’s help in identifying two male subjects, possibly Hispanic, who attempted to place a credit card skimming device on a gas station pump at the Stripes convenience store on East Central Avenue Aug. 29 at 9:27 a.m.

A successful installation could have allowed the thieves to manipulate the reader to steal credit card information.

Anyone with information about the incident can contact the Greater Gonzales County Crime Stoppers at 830-672-TIPS.
