1972-2016

Steve Maciel Hogarth, a resident of Chandler, Ariz., passed away Thursday, Aug. 25, 2016, in Chandler at the age of 44 years, 2 months, and 5 days. He was born June 20, 1972, in Houston, Texas.

Steve graduated from Floresville High School and was involved in landscaping and painting.

He was preceded in death by his father, Paul R. Hogarth Sr.; brothers Jerry Hogarth and Randy Hogarth; and grandparents Oscar and Grace Hogarth, and Baldemar and Crisanta Flores.

Steve is survived by his loving mother, Mary Esther Flores Hogarth of Floresville; siblings Robert R. Hogarth Jr., Melissa Bump, Greg Hogarth, and Missy Hogarth; children Austin Esquivel, David Paul Hogarth, Brandy Starr Hogarth, Heavenly Evets Hogarth, and Sky Vegas Hogarth; biological father Estavan Maciel; and numerous aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, cousins, and friends.

Visitation was held on Saturday, Sept. 17, at 9 a.m. in the Vinyard Funeral Home in Floresville.

A memorial service was held on Saturday at 11 a.m. in the funeral home chapel.

Interment followed in the Floresville City Cemetery in Floresville.
