U.S. Army Sgt. 1st Class Stephen A. Cyr has arrived for duty as a center commander assigned to the Baton Rouge Recruiting Battalion in Lake Charles, La.
Cyr has served in the military for 16 years.
He is the son of Connie Franckowiak of La Vernia. His wife, Amy, is the daughter of Jerry Isaacks of Seabrook.
Cyr is a 1996 graduate of La Vernia High School. |
