More good news - I drove by HEB today and a small drilling rig was working on the corner lot across from HEB - I believe this was a crew doing soil borings in preparation for a Geotechnical report (Soils report)which is one of the first steps in designing a building -To help with the foundation design

Looks like the new center across the street may be moving from the planning stage!!

Yes, Mr. Muse, you are correct. In all of the years I have lived here, I have went in that restaurant and said to myself, Im not dining here anymore. Then a few years goes by and I try it again, and wow, no change. They can start by cleaning the ceiling tiles and vents.

Sounds great - We need to fill up the HEB retail center so they can built the other planned center across the street. One day we may never have to drive to SA or Floresville to get needed items that are not avaiable in our growing city!!

How about sending that management team over to run the Pizza Hut in Floresville. They need all the help they can get.
