How Classified Ads Search Works

The Classified Ads search engine looks for an exact match on any word(s) in the ad text.

For example, if you type in the word Ford, the search results will include ads for 8N Ford tractor, FORD 2004 Mustang, etc.–as long as the word Ford is present somewhere in the ad text.

If you search for multiple words, let’s say the words Ford and truck, the search results will list any ads that include both Ford AND truck somewhere in the ad.
