The Wilson County Appraisal District is accepting applications and/or resumes for an entry level Field Appraiser position. Responsibilities include office and field work associated with the appraisal of all types of properties. Applicants must be willing to complete the requirements to obtain an RPA designation through the Texas Department of Licensing and Regulation. I am fully aware of the government insurance.
A non government person would have a hard time paying the premiums unless they were wealthy. Government pays a big chunk of the policy if you are on the government "pay rolls". We will see how well this benefit works out by the time "reform" is here.
Will the government as an employer hold itself to the same standards as a business? Or will the reform cause the government health care to fundamentally transform all together into something nobody wants or can afford?
