It has become pop culture to say Iraq was a mistake. Even O'Reiley repeats the Liberal mantra, throwing a bone to the “fair and balanced“ believers. But, let’s just imagine for a moment the situation in the region if “Our” brilliant President Bush had not taken out Saddam and his murderous regime.

Iran would still be on the verge of obtaining nuclear weapons and long range missile systems to deliver them. Saddam would most certainly feel the need to do likewise, given the bitter hatred between the two countries, and would be spending trillions in oil money to do so, if he hadn't already. We would be facing certain nuclear Armageddon in the middle east. As it is, Saddam is a but a distant memory and we have but one evil dictator bent on suicidal Jihad to focus on.

Unfortunately, I fear the current excuse for a President and State Department is not up to the task at hand. We can only hope he lucks out and the sensible people of Iran are somehow able to remove the threat themselves. It is not likely they can, however.

If, however, just one drone properly programmed, would simply and quickly remove the threat of that dictator thug for all eternity, as predictable as the resultant World outrage would be, it too would soon diminish, swaddled in the comforting reality of a non-nuclear Iran.

The technology exists and we have the capability. Does the POTUS Messiah have the guts? I think not.
