Exactly correct. The problem is that if you decide to get yourself hooked on heroin or crack cocaine and you start robbing folks to get money to pay for your habbit, you are now doing harm to others and you need to lose your freedom. Even if the drugs were so cheap that you could afford to buy them with your welfare check, I believe that is harming me because my taxes are paying for your drugs.

Furthermore, if the drugs were that cheap, they would be so readily available that children could obtain them and that would not only harm them but it would also harm their parents because they would have to watch their children turn into drug addicts like you.
