Rock'n chair Rambler Over Taxed, TX January 1, 2010 6:33pm	"In other words, you don't have the right to murder, assault, rob, and arrest millions of innocent people just because they do not pass your voodoo, arbitrary test of purity anymore than the Nazi's had that right." If law enforcement officials acting in accordance with the 4th Amendment, conduct a search under proper warrant, seize evidence, subdue and arrest criminal offenders and use reasonable force to do so, it is absurd and blatently ignorant of due process to call that "murder, assault, or robbery". Justifiable homicide, as with self defense, is not murder. Seizing evidence pursuant to a proper arrest is not robbery. Using reasonable force to subdue and arrest a criminal suspect is not assault. This has all been upheld as legal and Constitutional by the courts for a couple hundred years. Your continued inflammatory and factually inaccurate rhetoric in this regard distracts from your argument to legalize of all known substances regardless of the inherent danger thereof. It does not help make your case and impeaches your credibility on the entire subject.
