"I define an innocent person as a person who does not violate another persons rights."

When you are charged with a crime, the State files charges on behalf of the people of the State, because when you commit a crime, in theory you violate everyone's rights to live in a crime free society.

So, your definition of "innocent" does not hold water in the real world.
