Help Wanted

The Wilson County Clerk's Office is accepting applications for a full-time clerk. Qualifications: Must have two (2) years office experience dealing with the public, be computer literate, use a 10 punch adding machine, and be able to use a typewriter. Bilingual preferred but not required. Must be able to lift at least twenty (20) pounds. You may contact Eva S. "I would argue that individuals have rights and responsibilities, not groups such as "the public" or "society"."

First of all the public and society are made up of many individuals.

If you have a family then you are part of that family.

If you live in a community then you are part of that community.

If you live in the U.S.A. then we can only hope you are an American.

It would be an injustice to allow only certain people certain rights. If an officer pulled over a person with a pound of cocaine how would he be able to determine if he is a responsible user or dealer. Would he be carrying a drug user license?
