"with unprecedented levels of integrity and oversight"

BWAHAHAHA!!!! That's not saying much, considering how little oversight or integrity the feds usually have over the free money they throw around to buy votes.

The spendulus did not work to stimulate the economy. So, ignoring that little trivial fact, Cuellar is trying to look like Santa Claus and take credit for handing out all this Federal money for things like school lunches and broadband. Oh boy. Just what the economy needed, huh, Henry? Yeah, I can see all the folks running down to the employment office to check out the new job listings already.

When they start laying the cable down my street, I'll be thanking the Feds for giving us rural folk high speed internet.

I ain't holdin' my breath.
