Gibbs Jr. WCN January 7, 2011 1:05pm	Unless otherwise permitted by the Wilson County Health and Public Safety office, the only burning allowed to take place in a burn ban is household trash -- not yard waste -- in a screened burned barrel. This type of activity is limited only to daylight hours and in unincorporated areas where trash pickup is unavailable.
