I have no problem with holding board members responsible for their duties just do not hold them responsible for management. And I still want to know why Jim and others want the 4 who were absent from the meeting to be removed from the board. Shouldn't we be holding ALL board members equally responsible? Seems to me, if it is true, that one has missed half of the meetings in a year, he does not care about the interests of the people he represents or perhaps he is just not able. Why aren't we petitioning to get him removed? I want to be sure neither of the two "good" board members stand to gain financially from their actions before I put my name on any petition.
I am also not against selling the hospital, if that is what it takes. Just want to be sure neither of the two have real estate or other business connections with the ones they want to sell to. Maybe one of you know to whom they want to sell and is there any connection.
