Yes, that was my comment and I stand by it.

For the record this is what the petition reads:

To: 81st District Judge
From: Citizens, taxpayers, and voters of Wilson County Memorial Hospital District
Subject: At the special hospital board meeting on January 12, 2011, when asked to turn over to the 81st District Attorney's Office all information regarding the obvious and blatant misapplication of public funds by the CEO and CFO of the Wilson County Memorial Hospital District, three of five members of the Board of Directors voted against the motion. We perceive this as a violation of the public trust placed with these elected officials. We, the undersigned, request that these officials be removed from office and a formal investigation be initiated into the misuse and misapplication of public funds.

These petitions and a formal complaint will be filed with the 81st District Court.
