"So what will come of the fact that the other board member has missed so many meetings? Is he going to be held accountable by this group of interested taxpayers?"

My petition, as I have stated several times, is regarding those three board members who publicly voted NOT to turn over any information regarding the obvious and blatant misuse and misapplication of public funds. If one chose, the issue you raise is certainly worth discussion and possible action but is not the focus of my actions nor related to the obvious and blatant misuse and misapplication of public funds.

"And back to one of my original questions: is there any conflict of interest?Are either of these two board members connected in some way to the proposed prospective buyers?"

Proposed prospective buyers?? I have only heard discussion, and not by the Board of Directors of the Wilson County Memorial Hospital District, of considering selling the hospital. Has the Board, in fact, stated that the hospital is for sale? If so, it has certainly be held close to the chest, much like the $270,000 + in payments to Dr. Kizzart!

Should there be a conflict of interest, the formal investigation that we are requesting of the 81st District Court will certainly bring it to light!
