Another Spin away from the Facts!!

In the State of Texas only a District Judge can remove an County elected official from their position, mid term, unless the position allows for recall! The Wilson County Memorial Hospital District's by laws or the statute establishing it do not allow for recall.

Therefore, we the citizens, taxpayers and voters of Wilson County, through our petition, are asking the 81st District Court to remove those Board members who refused to turn over information to the District Attorney regarding over $270,000 in payments to Dr Kizzart that were not in the Hospital's Budget, were Not approved by the Board but authorized by the Chief Financial Officer. This $270,000 + of taxpayer dollars did not come from just one precinct! It is nearly 10% of the total tax dollars received by the Hospital.
