Hello Smart Enough - I feel you are being a little sarcastic in your questions to me.
You already know what the term "good ol boy" system means.

Anyone that has nothing to hide - has not one thing to worry about. When things aren't kosher - and there is something to hide - this board started getting lawyered up and shut down. Lawyered up at the taxpayer expense. Outside audit at the taxpayer expense. Which all this could have been avoided if the board would just step up and man (or women) up. I would imagine tens of thousands of dollars are being spent on this AVOIDABLE problem.

Whatever happened to telling the Truth? It is never too late to step back into integreity and honesty.
