4GT, it's not drivel. Nor is it a waste of time. This country is full of people like you who scritch and moan every time the tax man comes for your pittance. But yet you don't do a darn thing to affect real change. All you do is sit and attack those who have an idea or a different way of doing things.

The rolling brown outs were not caused by the "cold." It wasn't that cold, you're just not accustomed to anythng below 50 degrees in January. It was caused by people who don't want to pay to maintain their stuff. If you don't maintain the electrical infrastructure, it will fail.
