 		 Dessaree -- you obviously don't know crap... the gun was found by his body! not in the truck, yeah he was throwing peace signs and waving his gun and throwing trash out the windows waving to people going by while going through neighborhoods just a sign of his disrespect for human life---glad you all are proud of that. That is what I want my cousin to be known for. Yeah he locked up that ex-girlfriend and beat her for a week. He wasn't shot in the back twice, just once and once in the abds. Are you sure you know your facts, how about reading the paper and talking to witnesses before opening your mouth! Why give that guy and the family condolenses? Because he will go to prison and serve the sentence he deserves and hopefully in pain. he could of killed many people including his own children and ex-girlfriend and officers that put their lives on the line everyday. And that is another thing, why is he chasing his ex-girlfriend when he was dating someone else? I would hate to see where you got your education, you can't spell or write sentences. know your facts. Those police officers, flsvpd, wcso and txdps did an outstanding job protecting that neighborhood and shot the right person. No matter what kind of gun, it was a gun. Cops don't want to put their lives in danger to find out what kind of gun before shooting, they are trained to shoot when they see any type of weapon. there is no sympathy for this looney! He will serve the sentence he deserves and he will be put away for a very long time. Then his kids can sleep soundly and not worry about him coming after them. The cops have everything on tape, they were talking about it yesterday while at the scene how he was threatening to kill the cops and family members and didn't care. It will all come out, so regardless these officers are applauded for doing their jobs and keeping that neighborhood safe. Maribel and Dessaree, you need to learn your facts first before saying anything because it is just gonna get worse once everything is known about what he did, who he threatened. He should NEVER see his children again.
