Monica Quiroga Floresville, TX May 20, 2011 9:46pm	Just heard what happened at Floresville city council meeting last night.... I will give the new majority this much; at least they're reading the charter to use it to their advantage. One member recommending all five positions to each board??? Wow. And, the didn't violate Open Meetings, because 2 of the 3 weren't council members when they planned that move. I really want to be offended, but I'm having too much fun laughing. Small town politics... gotta love them! Too bad some good board members lost their positions though. Monica Flores is a gem. But, wow...just wow on the tactics....I will be attending the next meeting, if for nothing else to see what else can shock everyone.
