Wilson county has low employment because it is full of meth labs and the sheriff has no law enforcement experience nor does he desire to get any. His last "job" was peanut farmer plus many of the residents are on welfare so why would they want to work when they can live free from the gov.? All a "man"(?) needs is a welfare momma with 4-6 kids and he can live "la vida dulce".
