While we speak of those that are in the country illegally and receiving benefits, what about those that are here legally that own businesses, don't pay taxes, pay employees cash only and earn thousands yet are on government help. Yes, I speak of the new store owners in the area that have relatives living in the Dominion, manage little stores, pay employees cash only under minimum wage and are on welfare. We have some stores here like that. Has anyone ever questioned that?
