Anyone could run FISD, 4a or 2a. The only real problems you have in FISD is finances. It's not like a huge school district with several very diverse populations of students with a lot of violence, absentism, teacher union problems and Finances. I'll bet the biggest problem in FISD is what type of donuts to serve in the teachers' lounge. Now if he had to run a district for instance like the Houston Independent School District with 300 schools, about 50000 teachers, 250000 students from all corners of the that would be a problem. But, FISH...a piece of cake. Besides, he'll be moving on to greener pasters in 3 or 4 years anyway.
