I garontee (Cajun for guarantee), being Supt of a school like Milsap is not much more than a part time job. What qualifications does someone from a very small town have to run a school district 3 or 4 times larger? The biggest problem they have in Milsap is whether or not there are enough hitching rails for all the kids horses or if the guys should wear a T Shirt underneath their coveralls.
