It's ironic that EVERYONE but YOU are stupid when expressing an opinion....have you noticed that also? First...You have no sense of humor Second....It does matter the size of the school because generally the larger number of students, teachers, parents means that the person has had the opportunity to get experience under many more different situations and help solve many more different problems. Third...why would you want someone that is only going to be in town a short period of time? I don't think it is possible to go into a new situation, determine what the problems are, devise methods and train personel to deal with the problems, provide leadership in a fast moving world, and follow through with leadership methods in a short period of time.

If a person stays at Superintendent for a short time, they will not be able to fully get the district headed in the right direction before leaving.

The worst thing for any entity that needs leadership and direction is the instability of not having a stable environment which a short term Supt will bring.

I don't have to live in Milsap to understand it. I lived in small towns for a large number of years and understand them...they're all pretty much the same.

I have NEVER met or talked to a Liberal that thought anyone else had any value opinions...they always believe they their views are the only logical and legitimate ones. I also learned a long time ago, to don't even try to reason with a liberal...it's a waste of time and will do little or no good. That's why it is extremely dangerous to have as many liberals in positions of power as we have had over the last 3 years...it's only taken that short period of time to lead America to oblivion, lawlessness, and bankruptcy.

So, OAD, go right on believing that everyone and everyone's opinion is stupid if they're a centrist or leaning right (conservative)...that is the job of a Liberal.
