A line item on Millsaps budget has 150k being spent to a consulting firm last year... Seems like this may have been used to pay/prepare for the TRE (cant really tell, its "consulting")

If so, think about that: 150k of taxpayer money spent to get 300 votes to vote for a higher tax.

150k for 300 votes would be inefficient.

Here is what my inexpensive education taught me:
Higher taxes+doubled spending+lower test scores= bad manager.
